Shipping Carriers

We ship all orders using DHL and PostNord, depending on the destination and the fastest available route. Both carriers provide reliable delivery and full tracking for your peace of mind.

Shipping Within Sweden

  • Standard: 2-4 business days (Free on orders over 500 SEK)
  • Express: 1-2 business days (99 SEK)

EU Shipping

  • Standard: 5-8 business days (Free on orders over 1000 SEK)
  • Express: 3-5 business days (199 SEK)

Payment Methods We accept Klarna, Apple Pay, and all major credit/debit cards for secure checkout.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You can monitor your shipment status using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs & Duties

  • EU customers: No additional customs fees
  • Non-EU customers: Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility

Lost or Stolen Packages All shipments are tracked and insured. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at support@hitusjewells.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
